Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment — all the movable furniture and depreciable equipment that furnishes a property: beds, casegoods, seating, curtains, carpet, decorative lighting and artwork.

Operating Supplies and Equipment — everything a hotel operation runs on: linen, tableware, glassware, kitchen smallwares, housekeeping equipment and uniforms. Most OS&E items are off-the-shelf and require no installation.

Ideally at concept design, when an early per-key budget aligned to the operator’s brand standard can still shape the specification. We regularly join later — at tender or even mid-crisis — but earlier involvement protects both design and budget.

We work with your designer. The designer owns the creative intent; we turn it into bills of quantity, compliant products, tenders, factories, logistics and installation.

Installation is executed by specialized teams under the direct supervision of a work manager, with documented risk assessments and method statements under our ISO 45001:2018 system.

Yes. We handle pre-shipment inspection, international freight, customs clearance, warehousing and phased site deliveries — taking responsibility for goods until they arrive.
